Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1: MOLTSOG SAND - HUSTAI
- Pick up at your hotel around 09:00am,
- Drive to Hustai National Park /110 km/,
- Excursion to Moltsog small sand dunes,
- Arrive at the tourist Ger camp and check-in "Hustai" tourist Ger camp,
- Visit Ger Museum about Wild Horses & National Park,
- Lunch in the camp,
- Free time with possibility horseback riding,
- Short drive to see Przewalski wild horses in their natural habitat,
- Overnight in the tourist Ger camp. (L, D)
Day 2: BOGD KHAN MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK & MANZUSHIR -
TERELJ NATIONAL PARK
- At 09.00 a.m, drive to Terelj National Park /180km/
- On the way visit Manzushir Monastery ruins in Bogd Khan Mt. National Park,
- Arrival in Terelj N.P and check-in "Guru" tourist Ger camp,
- After lunch in the camp, excursion to Turtle rock
- Hiking to Ariyabal Meditation Temple
- Visit local nomad family and horse breeders, and test Mongolian airag
- Overnight in the tourist Ger camp. (B, L, D)
Day 3: GENGHIS KHAN'S STATUE COMPLEX – ULAANBAATAR
- In the morning, walking around in wild beautiful nature
- After relaxing breakfast, drive back to Ulaanbaatar /90km/
- Visit to Genghis Khan's Statue Complex on the way
- Lunch at "Modern Nomads"-I restaurant
- Classic highlights in UB half day city tour
- Genghis Khan Square & Parliament House
- Gandan - the largest Buddhist monastery in Mongolia
- Folklore performance by famous "Tumen Ekh" ensemble.
